Apparently "The Big Read" assumes that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed.

1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicize those you intend to read.
3) Underline the books you LOVE.

VICTORY IS MIIINE! *does the triumph mountain-hero pose*

I have FINALLY, FINALLY completed Aveyond 1: Rhen's Quest and Aveyond 2: Ean's Quest. 30+ hours of jabbing away at the keyboard for each individual game has paid off! My long, long efforts has finally be paid off~

Kyaaa~ (does the girlish squeal) Though I'm rather unsatisfied with Aveyond 2, as the plot itself is rather boring and long winded. I MUCH prefer Aveyond 1 (maybe it's because both Talia and Devin made an appearance?) though my favorite in the series will always be Ahriman's Prophecy. Cheers to Talia x Devin, and boo for making Devin marrying Alicia in the end! No offense towards the princess, I just severely dislike this pairing. Not to mention Talia's faceless and nameless husband. Just how did she ended up with the former Sun Druid anyway?!

The developers somehow seem to enjoy pairing up people that don't belong together. Give example, Rhen and Dameon from Aveyond 1. I myself have a preference for Lars and Rhen- they seem to match. I have no objection against Dameon, but seriously, isn't he MUCH older than Rhen (possibly by a hundred years or so)? Rhen and Lars are polar opposites, but that is what that makes them compatible. Rhen makes up for Lars rudeness, they are almost of equal age, he's intelligent, a powerful sorcerer, she a good sword singer- not to mention they were once mates in the Veldarah Academy- even if he did make her life a living hell...

Anyway, I still severely object to Devin/Alicia and Rhen/Dameon.

DEVIN X TALIA <3
RHEN X LARS <3

Sigh~ I think my addiction with Talia x Devin has finally returned from the abyss~ Note: there is not enough fandom for this pairing. MUST WRITE MORE OF DEVIN AND TALIA. BWAHAHAHA!

By the way, happy 2009, everyone~ Pure Science, here I come. T_T

And can you believe it? My weekdays + weekeneds are packed with tuition! Screw physics!

A side mention: I got into reading the Zombie Loan manga again. Chika/Michiru is cute, but so is Shito/Michiru! Kyaa, Sakurai-sama~!!!

One word: hilarious!

You gotta move it move it

The storyline was enjoyable- lest until children starting crying. I just wanted to tell the mother 'lady, hire a nanny for heaven's sake!' Alright, that was mean- but we wouldn't specifically spend 12 bucks to watch in a cinema where disturbance is present- grr!

Ben Stiller voices Alex the lion as all of you know- and I can say that the man is one talent! He deserves all the awards he has building away at that trophy room of his! And you just gotta love the Mad Penguins! I can never imagine four -or was it five- of these cute and bubbly little creatures to steal jeeps from tourists!

But was the one thing that truly made me laugh...

... was this old granny. Not only can she pack a punch, she's an instinct survivor! Looking for someone to hunt those 'Bad Kitty!' a.k.a. Lions? She's the very one! Goodness me, I would be peeing in my pants if she was my own very granny! And yet, I would have adored her at the very same time.

And this little guy is just too adorable! But not only that, he's irritating, ditzy, all you can name it.

30. If you could say something to your ex right now, what would it be?
Bleeding Love- Leona Lewis (LOL, the lyrics 'I keep, keep bleeding~ part kinda fits)

31. What will you post this as?
Broken Wings- Trinity Blood (That is one weird one)

And I tag anyone who has enough time to do this crap.

[EDIT]

Someone has to promote this show. And create a goddamn sequel, that's what! You're asking me what I speak of? It's this 1998 movie (Huh, I was what, five at that time?) City of Angels, starring the famous Nicolas Cage and Meg Ryan.

This is one beautiful movie. Oh yes, it certainly did move my heart, and I shed a tear or two. Sometimes, it strikes me that older movies have a much more original plot in comparison to 2008 movies.

From Wiki: In Los Angeles, Seth (Nicolas Cage) is one of the Angels who watch over humans and protect them in unseen ways. The movie portrays angels in a somewhat traditional role without referencing a specific faith. Seth's main responsibility is to appear to those who are close to death and guide them to the next life. As part of this task, Seth and one of his fellow angels, Cassiel, like to ask people what their favorite thing in life was. But despite their daily encounters with humans and their ways, they appear to have trouble understanding human beings.

While waiting to escort to the other world a man who will not survive heart surgery, Seth is impressed by the vigorous efforts of the surgeon, Maggie Rice (Meg Ryan). to save the ill-fated man's life and her sincere anguish at her failure to do so. (The man is in fact standing with Seth watching Maggie try to save him.) Seth soon becomes fascinated with Maggie and decides to become visible to her despite his obvious inability to give her many convincing details about himself, such as what he does for a living or even his last name. Despite this, they develop a friendship which soon turns to mutual attraction, although Maggie is already involved with one of her colleagues at the hospital.

Seth then meets Nathaniel Messinger, one of Maggie's patients, who can sense Seth's presence and that of other angels. Nathaniel soon tells Seth that he had also once been an angel but decided to become human through the process he refers to as "falling". Seth begins to consider doing this so that he can be with Maggie. When Maggie receives a marriage proposal from the doctor she is seeing, she finds herself having to choose between him and Seth.

Having realized that Seth is impervious to injury, Maggie finally confronts him and demands to know who or what he really is, but she is unable to accept the revelation and sends him away. Maggie later talks to Nathaniel who reveals his own angelic origin and explains to her why he himself chose to become human and that Seth is thinking of doing the same, exercising what he refers to as their "free will".

Seth decides to become human through the symbolic act of falling from a tall building and starts to experience all of the human feelings and sensations that he had never been able to understand, the first of which appears to be physical injury from the fall. Up until this point, Seth's personality and emotions, along with those of the other angels, have been very subdued, but that's about to change.

Now human, Seth has to find his way to the hospital to see Maggie, but he's told that she has gone to her uncle's mountain cabin for a break. Pennyless and naive, he can't pay for the journey and ends up having his boots stolen by a gang of youngsters, but eventually manages to get to where she is and appears, cold and soaked from the rain, at her doorstep. Seeing a wound on his lips and breath coming from his mouth in the cold air, Maggie realizes that he has become human for her love. She sees to his wounds and then, for the first and last time, they make love.

The next morning, as Seth is in the shower, enjoying his first sensation of running hot water on his body, water, Maggie rides her bike to a local store for provisions. On her way back, happy and fulfilled, she rides her bike with her eyes closed and her arms wide open to the autumn sun and her bright future as Seth's wife. Her happiness is cut short by a logging truck that pulls out in front of her. Seth hears the truck horn, senses that Maggie is in trouble and runs to her help. He arrives in time for Maggie to tell him that she sees the angels who have come to escort her. Although Seth is no longer able to see the angels, he knows they are there and begs Maggie not to look at them. Maggie tells him that she's not afraid and that when they will ask her what her favorite thing in life was, she will say it was Seth.

Now grieving and alone, Seth is visited by his former colleague and friend, the angel Cassiel. Cassiel offers comfort and asks him whether he regrets his decision to turn human. Seth's answer is a resounding 'no'. Seth mourns for Maggie and begins a difficult adjustment to his new life.

The final scene recalls an earlier scene with Nathaniel. It shows Seth at the beach where the angels meet every day at dawn and at sunset to commune with God. With Cassiel and the rest of the angels watching, Seth expresses his joy in being human and the fact that he has come to terms with his life by running into the water and playing in the waves. In a rare moment of emotion, Cassiel is seen laughing joyfully for his friend.

See, see? Isn't this one beautiful show? If you do not know how to appreciate such a movie, then I can say that you are a cold-stone monster with no heart. The word 'compassionate' should never be applied to you. A five out of a five, I say!

There is something called insanity, and it resides within me.

Ah, finally got that off my chest. Now below is a list from NaNoWriMo's 'I Wrote A Novel, Now What?' set in 2009. (Highlights mean I've set my heart on joining those. MUAHAHAHAHA!)

Script Frenzy - NaNoWriMo's sister challenge (April). Goal: Write a 100-page screenplay or stage play in April.

NaNoFiMo.org - National Novel Finishing Month (December). Goal: 30,000 words.

JaNoWriMo - January Novel Writing Month (January). Goal: 50,000 words, or whatever goal you set.

FAWM - February Album Writing Month (February). Goal: Write 14 original songs in a month.

NaNoEdMo - National Novel Editing Month (March). Goal: Commit to 50 hours of novel editing.

JulNoWriMo - July Novel Writing Month (July). Goal: 50,000 words for a new or unfinished manuscript.

24 Hour Comics Day - (Changes annually, lasts 24 hours). Goal: Draw a 24-page comic in one 24-hour period.

Book in a Week - (Begins on the Monday of the first full week of each month, lasts one week). Goal: Write a novel.

Mad Challenge - (Varies). Goal: Complete a variety of point challenges issued by moderators, including writing 10,000 in 5 hours.

April Fool's - (April). Goal: Set a word-count goal for yourself and fulfill it by the end of the month.

3-Day Novel Contest - (August 30-September 1). Goal: Write a novel in three days.

NaPlWriMo - National Playwriting Month (November). Goal: Write a play in one month.

NaNoMangO - The artist's alternative to NaNoWriMo (November). Goal: Draw 30 pages of sequential art in one month.

AugNoWriMo - August Novel Writing Month (August). Goal: Write a novel in one month.

NaNoPubYe - National Novel Publishing Year (Year-Round). Goal: Get that NaNoWriMo novel ready for publication!

Yep, you're right! Seven in total! I might consider the 3-Day Novel Contest though- it depends whether the examinations pop up during that time or not. Tackling a novel in three days- sounds fun, but I have no idea if I can actually finish a short novel in three days. Call my bewitched, but I think I've grown addicted to such events! Yippie!

[EDIT]

Check out this newly reformed Christmas Carol- it's hilarious!
Let's sing together, loud ....  one , two , three .... sing ...

Form your monthly fangirl/rabid-otaku rant, Syetha:

NOVEMBER ISSUE 2008- BWAHAHAHA! (note: this is not true!)

I just realize one thing. Yes...

Stiyl Magnus (ステイル=マグヌス) from the light novel/anime/manga: To Aru Majutsu no Index

This guy's seiyuu...

Len Tsukimori (月森 蓮) from the anime/manga: Kiniro No Corda

...is voiced by none other than Len's seiyuu. Kisho Taniyama-san!!! *goes into morbid panic mode* Ahhh!!! I lost that bet, shit, shit, shit!

Now that I think of it, there was a reason for me to like Stiyl's voice. My observation skills has dropped to notch, that's what! Don't bother, this is just the prove that stupidity and idiocy can co-exist together rambling here.

That's it. I am officially crazed. Well, doesn't everyone knows that by now? But it's a different crazed this time. Right, so after NaNoWriMo 2008 (in addition, I also entered the NaNoWriMo Young Writers Program, so I had to scurry to finish TWO stories during that time, both totalling up to 180,000+ words), I have decided to join the Script Frenzy 2009 in April.

In short, it would be 100 pages. 100. FUCKING. PAGES. OF. FUCKING. SCRIPT. Pardon the language.

See? This is the extent I've gone to. Insanity I tell you. Insanity! And I don't even know how to staaaart! *wails*

Gaah, all I can think of now is Final Fantasy 7 and Cloud's brooding. Yes, maybe I should start my script that way. Brooding takes up almost 7 pages of my first story, Prelude to Symphonia. Brooding is the best way to waste space.

I'm already pondering on ideas related to clones and stuff. *slump* That's the Sephy speaking. And then there's that Rey Za Burrel, that psycho-maniac Rau-something. Hey, it might end up pretty good! How about this for starters:

"-In this world, a second chance is rarely given. So when the dead are given a last opportunity to turn back time and to accomplish their last wishes, how will the living be affected?"

That's pretty much it. Gaaah, it's probably going to be some depressing story about a dead guy who came back from the throes of hell or heaven to visit his dead girlfriend/fiance-something and they reunited through another man/woman blah blah blah who is probably a mediator-sheesh.

P.S.: Manda, this program allows partners! ^^ Since you're getting started on your story anyway -YOUARE, AREN'T YOU?- spare me your ideas and I'll transform them into a script! BWAHAHAHA- *chokesputterchoke*. Btw, when do you want that sleepover?

OMG!
Finally- I've completed NaNoWriMo! *dances like a mad chick* I'm just so glad I finished it BEFORE the deadline- it make me so happy. Kanda, bless your girl; she's done it! Alright, Prelude to Symphonia: Part 1 is officially done! I just have to run a few checks before submitting it. <3

Finally, the stress is o-ver! I have been blessed!

See, see? I didn't chicken out halfway- and I managed to bypass the limit too. Would probably jot down more ideas if I had the time, but now I'm not so sure since there's only- what? 11 days ahead? Can't wait for 29 November. NaNo is great- I think I'm going to participate next year, and the next, and the next, next, next! Hopefully Amanda would be able to ditch exams and join the crazed.

When I first joined NaNo: wow, there was a hell lot of commotion. Friends thinking I'm insane for joining? Check. Rivals who most often say "You won't make it."? Check. Snorting pals. Check. Heh- now that I've completed the 50K target, I'm seeing how far can you jut your noses to the bloody air! Victory is mine!!! *ish triumph*

...Ahem, sorry for that particular outburst.

Anyway, let's see: Chinese New Year is in a few months. 500 bucks gone from my mom's account on clothes, shoes and bags. Me: I got two jeans, three blouses, hmm- a silver bag and high heel knock-outs that would probably kill me before the day is out. Even though I attempted to break into it, it was already snapping my poor, poor feet into half. Oh, don't worry- it's not a rich girl's lament. I'm just a crazy-chick gal who decided to dump all her books forawhile in regards of fashion -even got my hair burnt, heh- and suicide on high heels.

...Ahem. Must be the sugar speaking. It's Hypo time! Whee!

P.S: Dying doing SPM? Go relax. No, really.

[EDIT]

High School Musical is getting a fourth season?! Seriously? No wait, it's good news. That would mean...

More of Zac Efron!

Boy, that is one dazzling smile. Vanessa Hudgens is one lucky gal. *swoons*

So... I skipped school today. And what a joyous sensation it was. At least I wouldn't have to face those idiots in the class. Heh, idiots, all of them. Shit, I'm starting to sound like a bitch. All those savories I've been consuming must be going to my head.

Regardless, holidays as long as 2 months are approaching. And I am bored. But not broke.

Anyway, I've made a fervent list of animes and book I HAVE to catch up on. The animes of Spring 2008 have ended, so has Code Geass -dear Lulu, you shall be missed- and thus I shall move on to the fall ones.

1. Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler)
Possiblity of watching:
Very good. In fact, I've already started on it.
Summary from ANN: One of the noble families of England - Phantomhive, has a butler, Sebastian Michaels. He has unquestionably perfect knowledge, manners, talent with materials. martial arts and much more. But for some reason, he serves a 12 year old master...
Thoughts: I actually started watching this because of Manda. Turns out: I'm addicted. I thought it would rather be like Higurashi, considering how in the first episode they've roasted someone in the oven already. But it's quite hilarious, and I laugh everytime Sebastian facepalms.

2. Hakushaku to Yousei (Earl and Fairy)
Possiblity of watching:
Good
Summary from crunchyroll: The story is set in 19th century England and centers on a "fairy doctor" named Lydia. Her life takes a 180-degrees turn when she meets a legendary blue knight count named Edgar and his crew. He hires her as an adviser during his quest to obtain a treasured sword that was supposed to be handed down to him by his family.
Thoughts: Art: not bad at all. And there's a Tamaki-look-alike! That's always a good addition to the show. Besides, there's a talking cat, a good looking butler and uh... an earl who hurls daggers? What does that sums up to again?

3. Tales of Abyss
Possibility of watching:
Decent.
Summary from crunchyroll: Luke fon Fabre, the son of Duke Fabre of the Kimlasca Kingdom, is 17 years old. He is the Light of the Sacred Flame who is destined to bring prosperity to Kimlasca. But since being kidnapped seven years ago by the Malkuth empire, he has been kept confined to the Fabre family mansion. The shock of the kidnapping erased all of Luke's memories prior to the event. But one fateful day, a mysterious woman breaks into the mansion and sets off a chain of events that will change the world forever...
Thoughts: The game was good. Plot decent, art seems fairly decent- not to mention I'll get to see how Tear and Luke will progress. Sum that all up, chances of me watching this is a 4 out of a 5. Good, eh?

4. To Aru Majutsu no Index
Possibilities of watching:
Very good.
Summary from crunchyroll: Set in a city of scientifically advanced superhuman students, but in a world where magic is also real. Toma Kamijo's right hand, the Imagine Breaker, will negate all magic, psychic, or divine powers, but not his own bad luck. One day he finds a young girl hanging on his balcony railing. She turns out to be a nun from the Church of England, and her mind has been implanted with the Index-Librorum-Prohibitorum - all the magical texts the Church has removed from circulation.
Thoughts: It's somewhat like Shakugan no Shana- so yes, watching this is a definite must already. I'm already quite impressed with the storyline already- and it has made a good start already. Apparently, the anime seems to be funnier than the manga!

5. Ga-rei "zero"
Possiblities of watching:
Good
Summary from crunchyroll: Freshman Nimura Kensuke has the ability to see ghosts, and his life changes when he meets Kagura, a girl with the power to summon a "Ga-Rei" called Byakuei. The two work together to find evil spirita and devour them with the Ga-Rei.
The Japanese Ministry of Defense has an anti-paranormal special forces group called the Supernatural Disaster Prevention Office. They are the ones responsible to protect Japanese soil and its people from supernatural and paranormal events. However, things didn't go so well in one of their missions...
Thoughts: I was hooked onto the manga for quite somewhile, but then it was an obsession that faded. Now that the anime is out, perhaps I will get to see an ending, hmm? *laughs* It's quite interesting, actually.

6. Gundam 00 (Second Season)
Possibilities of watching:
Good
Summary from crunchyroll: 2312 A.D. Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. Humanity, after having established the Earth Sphere Federation, forms an independent security force, Arrows, separate from the formal Federation army to further unify nations and the will of mankind. But the reality is the inhumane oppression of anti-government powers, doctrines, and ideologies in the name of unity. Setsuna F. Seiei, after surviving the battle four years ago, has decided to once again fight with his Gundam.
Thoughts: Ahhh, I would never pass up a chance to check this out. Though it appears that Lockon Stratos has return- it is in fact, his brother, Lyre! *gasp* And I thought I was seeing a ghost when Lockon popped up! Of course, Setsuna has grown, and he looks better than ever! This show is just full of bishies, and I'm looking forward to it.

That's about it for today. As far as I'm concerned, it's 4:17, and I will have to continue with History, Chemistry and Physics. Bah. Will post more later.

The whole week was a nightmare. At school, you would definitely have no trouble recognizing me out- I stand in a corner with my glasses, cropped up at the library trying to cram last minute historical personalities and facts into my head. Not to mention I was wreck with a throbbing tonsil, sore throat, and came up with a 38C fever. God must be laughing right now.

I think I've already flunk Geo, Science, History etc etc... but hear what people say: "You'll do good, as usual, but you'll string yourself around the neck studying." Huh. The English essay just an average deal- 609 words, I wanted to die. My hand was trembling as I jotted down those inane words. Stupid fever. Stupid exams. Stupid everything. Maths was a good deal, Science was horrible, History was literally vegetable, and I'm already seeing a bloody B in my PMR slip for Geography. Oh god, I hope not.

Oh, right. Tagged by Manda. Thanks sis, I was bloody bored out of my wits.

Let each cool down for a few days before making up with ice cream!

7. If he/she become your lover, she has to improve on...
That depression? She totally has to change the way she perceives herself.

8. If he/she become your enemy, the reason is...
Most probably because we disagree on one idol, but I think given chance is one in a million.

9. The most desirable thing to do for him/her is?
Get her to watch a horror show with me and Audrey! Yey!

10. The overall impression of him/her is...

... Too many to actually write it down.

14. The most ideal person you want to be is?
Right now, I'll settle for being myself.

All subjects that F3 students are studying.

I suppose it's long due for my mourning time. Oh, and a page to blog about it, how extremely wonderful!... not.

It is rather depressing for me to announce the death of Lelouch Lamperouge a.k.a. Lelouch Vi Britannia (see, this is where my nickname Vi Britannia elevates from) which occurred a mere few days ago. It's disaster! It's tragedy! SUNRISE- the bloody producers- has just successfully runing and killing the hopes of aplenty fangirls and fanboys alike within that moment when Suzaku Kururungi plunged a sword towards the greatest character ever!

Do you know what this means?! Petition! Petiton, lord above! I demand a sequel where he comes back alive! Or maybe Lelouch was the wagon driver. Or perhaps a sequel where there is a whole new character but featuring Lelouch in the world of C.

Motherfuckers Blasted prodcuers. Blasphemy above.

It feels odd that he's dead. But despite that,

For everything there is a season,
And a time for every matter under heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
A time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to seek, and a time to lose;
A time to keep, and a time to throw away;
A time to tear, and a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate,
A time for war, and a time for peace.

-Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
"For you Lelouch, the one male who died with a victory he never knew,  for everyone in your world and mine has discovered who you truly are beyond that cruel and cold facade. We, the observers, shall always name and recognize you as a nobility of grace, a brother who would be willing to sacrifice his life for a sister, and the man who threw away all to make the world a better place. Dear Prince, you shall be remembered fondly by us. "

...And no, this was not copied anyway. I wrote it, and therefore, copyright is to me. Bleh. I know it sucks. Shoo- go away before I smack you with my pitchfork! Shoo! Scat!

...Hey, wait, come back! I'm not done ranting yet!

Anyway, I just received a blog award name "The Butterfly Award"- Coolest Blog I ever know. Apparently, Manda just entitled my blog with this award for excellent use of language. :P You just made my day, sis. Even though PMR is like, a week away and I'm studying till I have to drink coffee to keep me up and my nose is always buried in a book.... Huh.

Arigato, nee-san!

... I was listening to Jesse McCartney's Leaving, which, according to an old friend on mine that it was the "bestest-bestest song ever! Mwa! <3". Alright then, so usually she isn't such a bad judge of music. What the hell, I've never listened to any of his songs before, so Syetha decided to give Leavin' a try. It couldn't be that bad, could it?

After all, what coud be more terrifiying after listening to Rie's Tanaka pop version of the ever melodious Shizuka Yoru Ni? Sorry, you probably don't even understand what I'm blathering about.

Anyway, after listening to the MV twice -and blinking like a baboon- this is what I settled on.

Voice= nice, toned and pretty stable.
Face= boyishly handsome. Huh.
Song=DRAMATIC DISASTER.

WTH is this combination?
WTH is this... fibbishious crap? Does the word fibbishious even exist? Why am I typing this?

At this rate I'll settle for Kate Havnevik's Grace anytime. Now, "Let It Go" by Fauxliage, one of the tracks featured in the 2008 vampire TV series, Moonlight- that, my dear, will be sitting on the top of my ranks for now. And for some absurd reason, I swoon just looking at Alex O'Loughlin as Mick St. John. Isn't he too old for my taste? What the hell is wrong with me?!

... My friend, you were right. I should really deprieve myself of those jutty romances before it goes to my head. Guess I get back to earth and stop floating in the clouds, eh?

reaches for tissues and sneezes again.

Argh, dratted flu! And cough! And that blasted sore-throat that has been causing me pains since ever! *grumbles* This is why I hate being sick. Sick equals to no school, and no school equals to extra homework-to-catch-up-on, and homework equals to no free time! No, I shall not! Thankfully, despite my woozy nose, I drag myself up from bed today and limped to school like a zombie.

Majority of my schoolmates were like "O_O You're sick? You're never sick!?" or "You should have stayed at home today." or "Guess you won't be joining PJ today (yey!) etc etc. Blah yadda yadda. It does not mean that I am pale, hacking like a mad old hag, or that I have the need to drink water to quench my blood throat I cannot attend school. Hah, take that, ragged fools!

Well, back to books again. Better to jot down the list I have been reading lately. *hacks, coughs, wheezes* Oh, go to hell!

FictionPress is not working for me!

I guess it's time due for a rebatch of my laptop. It has been running low on virtual memory -gosh, the hilarity- and jamming my work for months now. Even drafts have been vanishing without my consent. Now- to spend, or not to? Hmm....

I just visited Parade yesterday, and finally managed to latch my hands on two of Nora Robert's trilogy. The Calhoun Women and the Quinn Series. It was a beauty, and the Quinn Series was like brand new! Both books for 30 bucks in total. If I had spurge it at MPH, it would have cause a large hole in my pocket. Thank heavens for these second-hand stores! You gotta love them regardless of what.

Now I'm just off to finish both books, and to top it off, a wonderful hot chocolate. Did I ever mention making that wonderful black-pepper-honeyed chicken today? It's a blast, and I think it's going to stay for the moment.

Holidays are ending- school time! Have I finished my work yet? Yikes.

For some quavering reason, I decided to plop my ass on the couch last night and watch Matrix Revolutions. Only one sentence is needed: Keanu Reeves is as handsome as ever.  The graphics are amazing- but I'm somewhat unsatisfied with the ending. Hopefully Neo isn't dead yet, but with the what-you-knows from these directors, I shall chose to shut my yap.

By the way, I just read one thing that had been cracking up since yesterday. I mean, I've reread that particular chapter for thousands of times, but I just lost my resemblance last night and laughed like Joker. Totally hilarious.

-"Go away," Finn said, elbowing Marcie out of the way and grabbing her chair. "We're about to commence an orgy."-

Oh. My. Fucking. God. You have no idea how hard and fast I squealed at this. Myrika is born with the genes to make me addicted. Now, if only I can convince Amanda to finish most of her unfinished fictions. Now that would be fair.

I think I'm going to be sick re-editing the third chapter of Prelude to Symphonia. Too many issues on Iris' side, too little on Souren. It seems that I have been writing everything from her POV rather than his. Does that make me sound like a sexist? I drafted the chapter SIX times, told my friends to read it again and again, yet I am still stuck. Meow~ The irony of the ironics. At least I have the prologue set in stone. That should be able to set the story going on nicely.

Gosh, I just can't wait for the Seer's and Iris' confrontation in the later chapters. Soon we'll be able to find out who the mysterious oracle is, eh? And of course, the Destined Pair. Guessing it's Souren and Iris? Guess hard and well again, because there is going to be a huge twist on this matter. I just hope my skills won't wrack them into another oblivion. That was what that happened with Sea and Sky.

And yes! I have finally bought Vampire Interrupted by Lyndsay Sands! Let's just hope it was as good as the Carpathian Trilogy. Now, if only I could bring myself to finish Crossroads of Twilight and figure out what the hell Robert Jordan is talking about.

Best (bleep)ing Japanese drama that I have ever come across in my 5 years of watching J-Dramas. Oh yes, I shed more than a litre of tears over that show itself. Ichi Rittoru no Namida  is a TV-series  adapted from the diary of  Aya Kitō, who suffered from spinocerebellar ataxia. She began keeping a diary at the suggestion of her doctor, and continued to write until she could no longer hold a pen. The diary, titled 1 Litre no Namida, was published shortly after her death.

And first I was critical and skeptical, but after browsing through these comments...

"totally awesome drama but sad at the same time. will recommend anyone to watch but if you going to watch have a box of tissue with you"

"this story is not good...It is GREAT...you have to watch this...you will cry from the start till the end.."

"I kept crying like almost 24 hours.Even when i went to sleep.Oh god this drama is great but sad at the same time.Aya tried to fight her disease and it was tough doing so.I'll never forget this show."

... I decided to waste around 7-8 hours sitting before my laptop, preparing myself for a long, boring journey of seeing how a girl struggles through her sickness. The idea was rather 'bleh' to me but when I reached episode 6, there was when the tears started to come. My tissue box was dashed, and I literally flooded my room with salty tears. Sob.

It was bloody so touching. Even moreso than those romances crap stage on TV meant for pure entertainment. That's it, I am gonna purge on the DVD. And I am going to rewatch it until I can't cry anymore.

Applaud for me, I say.

I reread the Bridei Chronicles last night, along with Neil's Stardust. Enough said, those three books are the treasures of my life. Books here are simply too expensive- 33 bucks for one. That's enough to kill my weekly allowance. I've decided to rewrite Prelude to Symphonia after a earth shattering moment, and thus abandoned the unfinished project, Sea and Sky. Eek. I can already hear the angry mobs after my blood. Sweat.

Frankly, I am proud to say I have officially finished Twilight, Eclipse and New Moon in three hours, but it was least what I expected of it. Not to say it was poorly done -quite well, in fact- but it just doesn't perk my interest. Hell, hand me Neil Gaiman anytime and I'll glomp you. Seriously. Back to the three books. I don't get it. I don't get the sizzling thing that all of my schoolmates have been babbling about. I don't get the chemical that my tuition mates are trying to transmit, because I don't see a thing. This is just an epic waste of what-that might have been. No offense, but I am not a fan. I will never become a fan. Maybe when the book comes out in Edward POV, I would actually grow on it- but not now.

I've seen too many vampire-ish YA novels. Oh, the horrors- I'm actually getting cynical. Twilight was actually pretty good -maybe it's just me; I prefer reading from a third person's POV, and Bella sucks- and Edward really isn't the epitome of a young Zeus.

I just realized that I stocked my laptop with so many pictures of Ben Barnes; its currently running low on memory. Imagine how appalled I feel when my fingers just keeps going over the delete button only to realize I can't do it. *cringes. I should really start working on my art, but I can't bring myself to lift that damn brush. Maybe I should just laze. Yes, that's what I'd do.
